The last 90 days have been tough, but every day was worth it. I went into this programme needing to change my relationship with food. I was fed up with having food control me, and I needed to take back that control. I was also quite ill, and wanted to make a change. 90 days later I can confirm that I’ve taken my control back from the food devil, and my taste buds have realigned so I’m no longer blinded by the “comfort” I sought, but actually very conscious about each bite I take. Some days I found the challenge a breeze, others I struggled, but when I did struggle I always had my support group behind me. In terms of achievement, the most important one to me is that I feel more energetic, and I’ve finally realised that I can control the way I feel by choosing what I put in my body. Of course, the weight loss has been a huge positive too, as I’m feeling much lighter and body confident, but for me, that was just a bonus. Glad I took this 90 day challenge, and I would recommend everyone to do it, to understand their relationship with food, and be more conscious.

The 90 days have been very interesting for me, as I have never stuck to a plan for this long – the last time was when I had gestational diabetes and that was probably 2 months. I have learnt that I am to do a lot more than, I thought I would, I have done walks on my own where I walked a lot more than normal or went across rocks etc. I think the biggest think as having a group that kept me motivated, a case in point when we did the fast, I didn’t want to do it but did do due to the support. I have learnt about food habits and why I have them and how to curb the want.

I am more confident. I am more happy. Now no mourning about my body. I look and feel more fresh. Yes I had non scale wins blood pressure is controlled. Sugar (diabetes in controlled) cholesterol is controlled every thing is normal. My eye sight is gone better. I can walk better. Less short of breath. I can do my exercise better now i can touch my feet while I am standing i can bend down and touch my feet. Feel more confident. I can do now food portion controlled. Not nibbles at all. I have much more patience towards to the food to eat. Before when I thought about food I just go and eat Now is not anymore. Thanks for the wonderful journey. In the summer of 2023 I embarked on a remarkable journey – the Wildfit Global Challenge – guided by the amazing Yasmin as my coach. It is without doubt one of the best gifts I’ve ever given myself, and the first time I’ve ever managed to stick to a programme to the very end. I was genuinely sad when it finished! I didn’t expect to love it as much as I did, and initially I thought it was going to be a really tough road, but I couldn’t have been more wrong! Yasmin and our tight knit group formed an unwavering support system and the weeks just flew by. Of course, there were some challenging moments along the way but we met them with lots of positivity and good humour. Yasmin was a constant wealth of knowledge and inspiration, always available to answer our questions and provide encouragement when needed. I achieved fantastic results, releasing 20lbs and lots of inches. Not alone that, joint pain and inflammation are but a distant memory, and I have boundless energy and a renewed vitality. I am so grateful for discovering Yasmin and Wildfit and there’s no doubt in my mind that everyone should do this programme, whether you want to release weight or not.
